The role

This role sits in operations and is essentially a front to back business manager role with a regulatory lens. You will see how large-scale operations run in a global bank and you will be responsible for developing strategy, as well as execution of a number of global initiatives at a local level. The role will give the successful candidate unrivalled face time with senior leadership in Germany and globally.

The candidate

You must be able to speak fluent German as you will be in contact with the BaFin occasionally as part of this role. Note that fluent German is an absolute must-have for this role.

You will have COO/business management/admin experience, ideally from a large-scale bank or financial services firm

You will have a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and be able to commute to the heart of FFM at least x3 per week
