Senior Mortgage Analyst

The Role:

As a Mortgage Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Mortgage Advisors by assisting with client applications, liaising with lenders, and ensuring a seamless client journey from initial inquiry through to mortgage approval. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development, with a structured pathway to becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supporting Mortgage Advisors with client applications and documentation

• Liaising with lenders and clients to progress applications efficiently

• Conducting research on mortgage products and preparing recommendations

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies

• Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships

• Contributing to business development initiatives

The Candidate:

We are looking for an ambitious professional with:

• A relevant financial services qualification or working towards APA or QFA accreditation

• Knowledge of mortgage underwriting or an understanding of the end-to-end mortgage process (beneficial but not essential)

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and client service abilities

• A proactive approach and desire to pursue a career as a Mortgage Advisor

• €40,000 to €50,000 base salary plus benefits
