Key Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Oversee a portfolio of entities, ensuring accurate month-end reporting.

• Manage unit sales process, working with sales teams and external stakeholders.

• Assist with ongoing project work with the wider finance team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fully qualified accountant (1-2 years PQE).

• Strong reporting, compliance, and financial analysis experience.

• Industry experience in property/construction is a plus.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa required.
