Engage People Recruitment is delighted to partner exclusively with a global capital markets firm. Together we are looking for a Syndicated Loan Servicing Specialist to join a new and growing function in the heart of Dublin City.

The Company

You will be joining a thriving capital markets firm with over EUR 20bn of assets under management This firm is expanding its operations footprint in Dublin and this role is the first of several that will land here - Ireland is seen as a strategic footprint for this firm in the future.

The Role

You'll be responsible for a wide range of Loan Servicing tasks, from positioning and reconciliation to rate reviews and loan closing troubleshooting. This role also has senior leadership visibility on a global level, with a clear path for progression outlined from the outset.

The Candidate

You'll have at least 5 years of Syndicated Loan or Bank Debt experience in an Ops environment (middle or back office)

You can work independently with minimal hand-holding

You have an appetite to grow, develop, and progress.

Sponsorship and/or relocation isn't offered for this role, unfortunately. You'll need to be based in or close to Dublin, with full, unrestricted Irish working rights.

The Package

The base salary will depend on your experience, plus you'll get a strong bonus and other benefits.
