Engage People Recruitment is delighted to partner with a global financial services firm with outstanding market recognition as an employer of choice in their field. Working together, we are looking to find a Senior Compliance Manager to join their growing team in Dublin.

The Role

Sitting in the 2nd line of defence, you will be responsible for advising the 1st line on all matters related to compliance and regulatory topics. Outside of that, you will have a strategic view of what is happening across the regulatory landscape, making sure the firm is set up for future change. No two days will look the same in this multi-faceted role and you'll need to be able to juggle multiple priorities at once to be successful.

The Ideal Candidate

7+ years of compliance experience in financial services

Excellent interpersonal skills - my client does things differently

Strong regulatory experience in Ireland (at least 5 years working directly with regulation)
