Key Requirements

• Proven experience in mortgage sales, mortgage advisory, and business development
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of mortgage products, financial regulations, and market trends
• Analytical mindset to assess financial data and provide tailored mortgage solutions
• Ability to present, network, and develop long-term mortgage client relationships
• A strong track record of achieving mortgage sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• QFA or APA qualification (minimum requirement)
