Mortgage Advisor - Hybrid (Dublin or Clonmel)

Join a dynamic and growing mortgage brokerage as a Mortgage Advisor, helping clients secure financing for property purchases and mortgage switches. This is a hybrid role, based in either the Dublin or Clonmel office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise new clients on mortgage options and manage the full application process.
• Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with policies.
• Track mortgage applications and manage the new business pipeline.
• Liaise with clients and lenders to ensure smooth mortgage completion.
• Provide administrative support and maintain client records.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong client focus and excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good technical knowledge of mortgages.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Industry qualification required.

Desirable Experience:

• Familiarity with AML and compliance procedures.
• Previous experience in financial services or a mortgage brokerage.
