Mortgage Business Analyst

Business Analyst - Permanent | Hybrid

Our client, an award-winning consumer finance company providing personal loans, mortgages and credit cards, is now seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team.

You will be focusing on process optimisation, product development, and system enhancements within the mortgage sector. In this role, you will work closely with business teams and third-party partners to identify inefficiencies, improve workflows, and enhance platform capabilities. Responsibilities include configuring system changes, supporting UAT and risk assessments, assisting in testing automated decision engines, and managing business change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and expertise in user acceptance testing (UAT). If you are passionate about driving operational improvements and delivering high-quality system changes, we'd love to hear from you!

Location: South Dublin, hybrid with 2-3 days on site

Salary: 55.000 - 60.000 + benefits
