Credit Controller

A credit controller is required within the banking and loans sector in Dublin.

Responsibilities of Credit Controller:

· Proactively manage credit control risks in the lending portfolio.

· Engage with customers to resolve outstanding arrears while maintaining positive relationships.

· Ensure compliance with internal credit control policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

· Prepare reports and provide insights on arrears and collections performance to Senior Management.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit control records.

· Work closely with the Accounts Team to provide professional and empathetic support to customers regarding their financial obligations

Requirements of Credit Controller:

· Demonstrated expertise in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing client experience.

· Skilled in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while providing necessary support.

· Experience in frontline financial services, including credit control or collections within lending or financial sectors.

· Strong ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and meet performance targets.

· High level of financial and digital literacy, with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
