Role Overview

Seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage renewals, amendments, and cross-selling across personal lines products while ensuring compliance and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management:

• Handle renewals, amendments, and client queries efficiently.
• Cross-sell and up-sell across product lines.
• Maintain client retention in line with targets.

Operations & Compliance:

• Ensure timely processing of mid-term alterations, renewals, and claims liaison.
• Maintain accurate records on Relay.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.

Team Collaboration & Development:

• Work closely with internal teams to achieve business goals.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality in all work.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements:

• APA required, CIP preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in insurance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Relay is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
