Dealer - Middle Office

Our client is a well-known life insurance company that provides simple and effective financial solutions for people with various investment needs. Operating across multiple European countries, they focus on building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service. Their Asset Management team plays a key role in handling trades, managing investments, and overseeing corporate actions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out daily trade transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Processing share transfers, asset settlements, and pricing.

• Managing corporate actions like stock splits, bonus issues, and liquidations.

• Preparing reports on trades, new business, and authorisations.

• Investigating and resolving cash and unit discrepancies.

• Communicating with brokers, clients, and other partners to address trading issues.

• Supporting the team with daily operations.

• Monitoring market trends and reporting on key updates.

What We're Looking For:

• A degree (minimum 2.1) in Business, Finance, or a related subject.

• 1-2 years of experience in investments, such as fund administration or middle-office trading.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP).

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed.
