Finance Business Partner

A global technology business that is continuing to grow is looking for a finance business partner to join the finance team.

The Finance Business Partner will support the finance team at the group level. A key focus will be on project enhancements to the MIS system, M&A activities, ESG initiatives, and acting as a change leader within the company.

You will:

• Lead project enhancements to the MIS system.
• Participate in M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration.
• Assisting in the development of financial models to support decision making
• Evaluating business KPIs and performance metrics.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
• Supporting the budgeting process across departments.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Qualified Accountant with hands-on experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, data analysis, and financial modelling.
• Experience with M&A activities, MIS systems and ESG initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
