Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 (DOE)

Our client, a successful and busy brokerage, is looking to hire a Senior Life and Pensions Administrator to join their growing team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced professional who has a strong background in life and pensions administration within a brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of life and pensions cases from start to finish, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently..
• Ensure all administrative processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Handle more complex queries and manage high-value accounts.
• Work closely with the sales and advisory teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Continuously assess and improve administrative processes to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working within life and pensions administration, ideally with a brokerage background.
• QFA qualification
• Strong knowledge of life and pensions products and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
