They are now seeking a Commercial Client Service Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding client service and wants to develop their career in a supportive, evolving environment.
The Role
As a Commercial Client Service Executive, you will be responsible for the retention and service of your own commercial portfolio. Working alongside experienced Account Executives and support staff, your role will centre around delivering top-tier service, identifying client needs, and ensuring clients have the right coverage in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and retain a portfolio of Commercial clients across various sectors
- Maintain strong, proactive relationships through regular communication and high service standards
- Handle mid-term adjustments, renewals, and day-to-day queries in a timely and professional manner
- Support Account Executives with client meetings and renewal planning where required
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including the Central Bank of Ireland's Minimum Competency Code
- Keep up to date with industry changes, insurer offerings, and market developments
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Commercial Insurance role within a brokerage
- CIP qualification is essential
- Solid working knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets
- A track record of managing and developing a book of commercial clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- A team player with the initiative to work independently
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make confident decisions
- Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset
