We are proud to exclusively partner with our client to recruit an experienced Product & Marketing Manager for this exciting, purpose-driven leadership role.

This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative business at an early stage of its journey, offering competitive mortgage products across Ireland. You will have the chance to lead from day one, shaping both the product offering and the marketing strategy for a national brand.

As Product & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development, promotion, and delivery of mortgage products. You will define product strategy, build brand identity, and lead marketing activity, working closely with internal teams, IT partners, and third-party suppliers.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Define and lead the roadmap for the company's mortgage product offering.
✅ Build and promote a strong, credible national mortgage brand.
✅ Develop and execute a marketing strategy across digital, print, and other key channels.
✅ Manage third-party suppliers and PR partners to ensure high-quality campaigns.
✅ Oversee market research, analysis, and product positioning.
✅ Ensure full regulatory compliance of all mortgage products.
✅ Collaborate directly with the CEO and key stakeholders to drive product success.

What We're Looking For:

🔹 5+ years' experience in product management and/or marketing leadership, ideally within financial services or mortgages.
🔹 In-depth knowledge of the Irish mortgage market and regulatory landscape.
🔹 Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and build brand presence.
🔹 Strong communication, relationship management, and data analytics skills.
🔹 Degree or relevant qualification in marketing, business, or a related field (desirable).
