Regulatory Operations Officer- Dublin (Insurance Sector)

A well-established international life insurer in Dublin is growing its Regulatory Operations team and is on the lookout for someone with a solid compliance background, especially across areas like financial crime, data protection, and tax reporting. The role is hybrid after the probation. Dublin 2
What you'll be doing:
Keeping the business in line with key regulations like AML/CFT, GDPR, FATCA, CRS and Sanctions
Supporting financial crime prevention programmes and risk assessments
Helping to shape and maintain internal policies to meet regulatory standards
Rolling out training and awareness sessions across the business
Acting as a go-to resource for colleagues in operations who need regulatory advice
Keeping track of upcoming changes and ensuring the company is always audit-ready
Gathering and preparing metrics and reports for internal and group-level use
Jumping in on projects, audits, or investigations when needed
About you:
You've got around 3-5 years of experience in a regulatory or compliance role within the financial services or insurance sector. Good knowledge of GDPR/AML. You understand the importance of balancing the rules with practical business needs. You can take complex regulatory language and turn it into something people can actually understand and apply. And you're confident managing your own workload while being a strong team player.
