Join a Growing Team as a Financial Education Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding financial well-being company that supports employees across Ireland with financial education and guidance. You'll play a key role in delivering engaging seminars and webinars while helping individuals better understand their financial options and make informed decisions.

The role comes with first-class training and works closely with the CEO, Directors, and the Financial Education team. The position offers multiple paths for progression, which can include Financial Planning or Supervisory roles in the future.

Role Overview:

As a Financial Education Specialist, you'll lead workshops and webinars on topics like pensions, tax, savings, and insurance. You'll work with a dedicated team to create new content, support technical development, and ensure up-to-date, high-quality financial education for public and private employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive financial education sessions (online and in person)

• Research and help develop new education modules and content

• Stay current with financial, tax, and pension legislation

• Support colleagues and contribute to ongoing team development

• Represent the company in a friendly, professional, and approachable way

The Candidate:

• Outgoing personality and an interest in Financial Wellbeing, e.g., Pensions, Investments, Life Cover.

• Willing to progress with the QFA qualification.

Remuneration:

• €30,000 to €35,000 plus commission
