Business Development and Client Success Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

✓ Work with existing clients on non-core accounting needs (e.g. ad hoc jobs, training, or system improvements)

✓ Help design and manage a first-class onboarding experience for new clients

✓ Manage all inbound sales and service enquiries, qualifying leads and ensuring timely follow-up

✓ Collaborate with external marketing partners to support content, social, and campaign delivery

✓ Collaborate with our technology partners on client education and marketing

✓ Plan, coordinate, and execute client education webinars and events

✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, especially A & B class clients

✓ Contribute to and lead outbound campaigns (e.g., email outreach, event follow-up, service introductions)

✓ Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and work with internal teams to implement solutions

✓ Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve service issues

✓ Use tools like Xero, MailerLite, Karbon, and Syft to streamline client engagement and track results

What We Are Looking For:

✓ 3+ years in a client-facing business development, customer success, or marketing role (experience in professional services

or SaaS preferred)

✓ Comfortable with modern software tools and CRM systems - we love automation and efficiency

✓ Strong communication and organisational skills

✓ A natural relationship builder with a proactive and commercial mindset

✓ Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and deliver projects with minimal supervision

✓ Bonus: Experience working in or with accountancy firms, or a background in onboarding/client experience
