Financial Advisor

We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser to join a well-established and growing financial advisory business. With a strong client base across the public and private sectors, this is your chance to play a key role in delivering expert financial advice while enjoying the flexibility of primarily remote work after two weeks of training. The firm takes a responsible and ethical approach to financial advice, investing significantly in educating people on Financial Wellbeing.

The Role

As a Financial Adviser, you'll work closely with individuals and organisations to understand their financial goals and provide clear, independent advice across pensions, protection, investments, and mortgages. This is a client-facing role that blends expert financial planning with ongoing relationship management.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Meeting with clients to understand their goals and assess their financial situation
• Providing advice across areas such as retirement planning, investment strategies, and personal protection
• Creating tailored recommendations backed by detailed analysis
• Helping clients make confident, informed financial decisions
• Maintaining strong long-term relationships through excellent service
• Supporting and mentoring team members where appropriate
• Staying on top of regulatory standards and ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For

• QFA qualified with at least 2 years' experience in financial advice
• A strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• A professional and ethical approach to all aspects of client work

What's on Offer

• Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based commission
