About:

Due to continuous growth, a key broker in the Irish insurance market is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Executive to join their Birr office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly rewarding environment and gain exceptional experience working with a well-established firm with access to a respected portfolio of clients.

The Role: what does the job involve?:

• Sale and Post-Sale Management: managing renewals, mid-term alterations, claim support and issuing quotes while ensuring compliance is upheld.
• Relationship Management: handling a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and supporting queries and maintaining a high level of professional with client interactions.
• Team Collaboration: contributing to team goals and targets and assisting colleagues and Account Directors to ensure the clients' needs are met in a satisfactory manner.

The Candidate:

• Minimum APA qualification, specifically APA Commercial Lines, CIP preferred.
• Experience with Open I is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong relationship managing and building skills, with a positive and proactive approach.
• Excellent product and insurance market knowledge.
• A genuine willingness to learn, grow and contribute to a team environment.
