We're hiring a Management Accountant to join a growing and fast-paced advisory team. This hybrid role based in Dublin City Centre (Baggot Street) is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and contributing to the financial backbone of a business that works across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Invoicing

  • Prepare and issue approx. 30 invoices per week

  • Post invoices accurately to the accounting system

  • Liaise with consultants to ensure accurate billing

• Accounts Payable

  • Process supplier invoices and manage approval workflows

  • Set up and process weekly bank payments

  • Maintain up-to-date records for all transactions

• Credit Control

  • Monitor outstanding client balances and follow up as needed

• Financial Administration

  • Support the wider team with finance-related admin

  • Assist with internal record-keeping and documentation

• System Implementation

  • Support the transition from QuickBooks UK to a new accounting platform

What You'll Need:

• Previous experience in bookkeeping, finance admin, or management accounting

• Proficiency with QuickBooks UK or similar accounting systems

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Experience with accounting system migrations is a plus
