💶 Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 (depending on experience/qualifications) plus additional benefits

The Role: what does the job involve?:

• Serve community branches with warmth and professionalism.
• Perform cashier/teller duties including daily transactions and reconciliations.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, offering support and guidance.
• Handle loan applications, update documentation, and process transactions.
• Maintain and update records accurately.
• Provide creative and timely solutions to customer queries.
• Welcome and onboard new customers.

The Candidate:

• APA is a requirement, QFA is a plus.
• Is enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Enjoys solving problems and finding better ways of doing things.
• Has strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
• Is open to gaining relevant qualifications for the role.
• Is flexible and willing to work across different Dublin-based locations as needed.
