A leading player in the security services sector is hiring a Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) to join their finance team in Ballymount, Dublin 12. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong commercial focus.

🧾 Key duties:

• Prepare monthly accounts, P&L and balance sheet recs

• Provide variance analysis vs. budget/forecast

• Support budgeting & forecasting processes

• Monitor gross margin and overheads

• Ensure financial controls align with group policy

• Liaise with auditors & support audit readiness

• Work closely with internal teams across the business

✅ You'll need:

• Part-qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

• Strong commercial awareness & financial acumen

• Excellent Excel and reporting skills

• High attention to detail and solid planning ability

• Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
