We're on the lookout for a dynamic, motivated Lending Manager to join a high-performing team and help shape the future of residential and buy-to-let lending in Ireland.

💼 Salary: €55,000 - €60,000 + Performance Bonus

📍 Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

📊 Reporting to: Managing Director

📈 Experience Required: 5+ years in lending, mortgages, or brokerage

🔍 What You'll Be Doing

• Own and grow your lending portfolio across broker and direct channels
• Be the go-to contact for brokers and intermediaries, providing support, training, and insights
• Drive new business, manage applications, and ensure excellent conversion rates
• Bring fresh ideas and energy to help us enhance service, process, and delivery
• Collaborate with Credit, AML, Finance, and Operations teams to make deals happen
• Represent the brand with confidence and clarity-internally and externally

🎯 What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in mortgage lending or financial services
• QFA or APA (Loans) qualified
• A positive, commercial mindset and genuine enthusiasm for the mortgage market
• Comfortable managing a pipeline, hitting targets, and building broker relationships
• Confident communicator with sharp attention to detail
• Great ideas, great energy, and a desire to make an impact
