Financial Controller

I'm working with a highly successful Irish company with revenues of over €600 million, looking for a Financial Controller who's ready to take the reins in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

This is a genuine opportunity to step into the heart of the business. You'll be a key partner to the CFO and senior leadership, using financial insights to influence decisions at the top table and help steer the company through its next phase of growth.

You will:

• Take ownership of cash flow forecasting, cash planning, and treasury oversight to ensure financial stability and agility

• Partner with leadership to manage transfer pricing, ensuring appropriate profitability by entity and compliance with group agreements

• Lead group consolidation and the production of monthly management accounts and performance analysis to enable strategic business decisions

• Deliver accurate and timely internal and external financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory obligations

• Provide commercial insight across the business, supporting contract reviews, forecasting, and project performance analysis

Experience:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a strong technical background

• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial management roles, ideally with exposure to the construction or related sectors

• Proven ability to deliver accurate financial reporting, manage audit and tax processes, and oversee cash and treasury management

Salary/Remuneration

Six-figure salary and package attached.
