Accountant Assistant

🚨 Accounts Assistant - Lucan, Co. Dublin

I'm working with a growing Irish-owned company based in Lucan that's on the lookout for an Accounts & Payroll Assistant to join their finance team.

The role:
You'll support the Accounts Manager with a mix of finance and payroll tasks including:

• Processing supplier/customer invoices

• Managing payments and reconciliations

• Online sales reconciliations

• VAT/RCT returns

• Payroll processing

• Month-end tasks and general admin duties

What they're looking for:
✅ 3+ years' experience in an all-round accounts role
✅ Solid knowledge of ROS, VAT, RCT
✅ Comfortable with Excel and financial systems
✅ Someone reliable, organised and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
