A leading company in the insurance and financial services sector is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their Commercial Insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing a book of new business, existing business and renewals. This is an exciting for opportunity an individual interested in levelling up their career in the insurance industry.

The Role: what does the job involve?

• Undertaking renewals, managing retention and hitting targets and KPIs.
• Processing and reviewing documents, with high-level policy servicing.
• Identify and secure cross-selling opportunities across product lines to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with across teams and resolve any issues while delivering a responsive and solution-focused service.
• Contribute to training initiatives, projects, and overall process improvements to drive operational excellence across the company.

The Candidate:

• CIP (Certified Insurance Practitioner) requirement - candidates without this will not be considered.
• MDI is preferred.
• Experienced in Commercial Insurance industry (minimum 4 years preferred).
• Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with industry platforms, provider portals, and product administration.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and quality client service.
