This role is an opportunity to work with a growing Financial Advisory firm that will offer unrivalled exposure to pension schemes and retirement planning while affording you a strong opportunity to build your technical expertise in pensions administration and support the delivery of high-quality client advice.

Role Overview:
As a Pensions Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Advisors in managing client pension portfolios. You'll be responsible for the administration of new and existing pension policies, preparing detailed reports, and assisting in the development of tailored retirement strategies that align with client goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain client pension and retirement accounts

  • Liaise with providers to process transfers, contributions, and benefit statements

  • Support Financial Advisors and Paraplanners in preparing pension reports and client documentation

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures

  • Assist in reviewing pension products and preparing recommendations for clients

The Candidate:

  • Experience working in a Financial Services Organisation

  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
