The Role:

• Assess and understand the mortgage and protection needs of new and existing clients.

• Provide clear, comprehensive mortgage and life advice in line with clients' financial goals and best interests.

• Deliver an excellent customer experience through attention to detail, accuracy, and timely communication.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider support team to deliver tailored, compliant mortgage solutions.

• Manage applications efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring adherence to APA lending and regulatory standards.

• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the advisory team.

The Candidate:

• APA Loans

• Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

What We Offer:

• Competitive base salary: €40,000 to €45,000, plus strong performance-based commission.
