A global quantitative trading firm with a strong Dublin presence is looking for a Settlements Risk Analyst to join their European team. This role sits close to the trading floor, giving you exposure to a wide range of financial products and global markets.

The role

You'll be responsible for managing global settlements for the firm's European operations, working closely with traders and internal teams to ensure smooth trade processing. Your day-to-day will involve position and inventory management, trade matching, liaising with prime brokers and counterparties, and supporting projects that directly impact the trading desks. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone interested in financial markets and trading operations.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will have a 3rd level degree in Business, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. You should be proactive, confident in asking questions, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a bonus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in financial markets.

Location

This role is based in Dublin city centre, so candidates must be able to commute easily.
