Our Client , a well-known personality in the Mortgage Industry is hiring a new senior Mortgage Advisor.

Key responsibilities

Advise clients on mortgage products and help them determine borrowing capacity.
Manage the end-to-end mortgage process for a high volume of clients.
Gather necessary documentation and support clients in completing mortgage applications.
Collaborate with internal credit teams to ensure applications progress smoothly.
Convert applications to successful drawdown.
Provide exceptional customer support via digital, phone, or remote channels.

Skills and qualifications

Education: Minimum of APA Mortgages qualification; a QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) is highly desirable.
Experience: Proven experience in mortgage new business, including full end-to-end processing. Experience in a broker or banking environment is also beneficial.
Client-focused: Strong client-focused approach, with a background in customer support.
Regulatory knowledge: Solid understanding of the Irish mortgage regulatory environment.
Technical skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital submission platforms is advantageous.
Core competencies: Strong problem-solving, time management, commercial acumen, and compliance awareness.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
