Key Responsibilities:

- Manage new lettings and renewals within the portfolio

- Assist in the financial management of rent collection and provide monthly reports

- Achieve specific targets in lettings and renewals

- Maintain clear, effective, and timely communication with clients and colleagues

Essential Skills and Experience:

- A current PSRA License is essential (cat. C)

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Lettings

- Own car and full clean driving licence

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Understanding of letting management software

- A proactive attitude with a flexible approach to the demands of the role

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Strong organisational and administrative skills

- A good understanding of the PRTB and The Residential Tenancies Act 2004
