I'm working with a well-established construction company based in Dublin 14 who are looking to hire an Accounts Payable Admin to join their finance team.

The role:

• End-to-end Accounts Payable processing

• High-volume invoice matching, coding & posting

• Supplier statement reconciliations

• Handling supplier queries

• Supporting month-end close

• Working closely with project managers & finance

What they're looking for:

• 2+ years' experience in an AP or finance admin role

• Construction or engineering experience is a big plus (not essential)

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Good Excel and systems experience
