Engage People Recruitment is delighted to partner with a global investment firm as it continues to expand its operations presence in Ireland. We are currently recruiting a Treasury Analyst to join a lean, high-performing team based in Dublin.

The Company

This organisation is a long-established investment manager with well over $25bn in assets across a wide range of strategies. It operates internationally, with teams based across Europe, North America, and Asia, and is recognised for its disciplined approach to capital deployment and risk management.

The Role

You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the firm's funding and treasury activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Oversee short-term funding activity and daily cash movements

• Support currency risk management and related settlements

• Maintain oversight of financing arrangements and counterparties

• Assist with reporting, controls, and process improvements

The Ideal Candidate

• 2-4 years' experience in a treasury environment, ideally within a hedge fund

• Unrestricted Irisk working rights (Stamp 4 visa / EU passport)

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
