A leading financial advisory firm is expanding its financial planning division and is now looking for an ambitious Financial Planning Consultant to join its team. About the Role

As a Consultant, you'll deliver retirement, pension, and wealth planning solutions to individual clients. Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear, tailored financial planning and pension advice to clients

• Develop and manage a growing portfolio across both group schemes and individual clients

• Build long-term client relationships based on trust and personalised service

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an outstanding client experience

• Stay up to date with market and regulatory changes to provide compliant advice

What You'll Need

• Experience in financial services, ideally pensions and financial planning

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset

• Commercial awareness with the ability to spot opportunities

• A proactive and team-oriented approach

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: €60,000 to €80,000, plus a strong commission structure.
