Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales Support / Operations team

• Oversee daily operations and workflows

• Support advisers with cases and client queries

• Act as an escalation point for complex issues

• Improve processes and service standards

• Ensure work is accurate, compliant, and on time

• Work closely with senior management and internal teams

Requirements

• Experience in financial services or a regulated environment. Pensions, Life, or Investments are a benefit

• Proven people management or team leadership experience

• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of customer service operations

• Comfortable working with systems, processes, and deadlines
