Account Executive - Affinity Lines (Sales Team)

Our client, a leading Insurance Broker in Dublin, is expanding their Affinity Lines Sales Team and is hiring an Account Executive to support new business growth across a suite of affinity insurance products.

This is a fast-paced, sales-driven role, working closely with the Sales Director - Affinity Lines, focused on converting leads, supporting sales campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients and affinity partners.

What You'll Be Doing

• Seeking, quoting, and converting new Affinity clients
• Working on company-led sales campaigns and lead facilities
• Managing client interactions via email and phone
• Liaising with insurers and internal Affinity teams
• Ensuring policies are issued accurately and compliantly
• Maintaining high-quality client records and sales output

What We're Looking For

• APA qualified (minimum) and working towards CIP
• Sales-focused mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-driven with strong technical and product knowledge
• Positive, adaptable, and proactive team player
