Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Red Book compliant and portfolio valuations for secured lending and financial reporting.
- Deliver valuations in accordance with internal procedures and professional standards.
- Prepare high-quality valuation reports covering a broad area.
- Maintain strong client relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate and win new business through networking and client engagement.
- Provide strategic advice to clients regarding property assets.
- Carry out nationwide inspections.
- Manage report preparation and responses in a timely, professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to performance targets.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Engage in the APC counsellor and supervisor programme.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business.
- Stay updated on market knowledge, legislative changes, and professional standards.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Over 5 years' post-APC experience as a Chartered Surveyor (RICS/SCSI) in a valuation environment.
- Proven ability to deliver valuation outputs in line with relevant legislation and standards.
- Experience delivering valuations across multiple asset classes.
- Strong understanding of valuation principles.
- Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Developer.
- Excellent report writing and data analysis skills.
- Understanding of Red Book standards.
- Experience with CPO, Rating, Landlord & Tenant, and/or as an Expert Witness (desirable).
- Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Holder of a PSRA licence (or eligible).
- Full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle.
