The Role: what does the job involve?:

• Serve members with warmth and professionalism by phone and email.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, offering support and guidance.
• Handle loan applications, update documentation, and process transactions.
• Maintain and update records accurately.
• Provide creative and timely solutions to customer queries.
• Welcome and onboard new customers.

The Candidate:

• Is enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Enjoys solving problems and finding better ways of doing things.
• Has strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
• Is open to gaining relevant qualifications for the role.
• Previous financial service experience preferred, APA or QFA is a plus.
