Junior German Administrator

Our client, a global insurance provider, is hiring a German-speaking Administrator to join their Risk function in Dublin.

This is a hands-on role sitting at the centre of new business and policy servicing. You'll be managing risk applications end-to-end, supporting brokers and customers, and making sure everything that goes out the door is accurate, compliant, and on time. It suits someone who's organised, detail-focused, and comfortable owning their workload in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll be doing

• Reviewing and processing new risk applications

• Issuing and maintaining insurance policies

• Handling post-issue updates and amendments

• Acting as a key point of contact for brokers and internal stakeholders (email, post, and phone)

• Preparing and sending formal correspondence and documentation

• Making sure customer experience doesn't drop, even when volumes spike

What they're looking for

• Fluent German (written and spoken)

• A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline

• Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner

• Someone who genuinely cares about getting things right first time

• Solid time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities

• High attention to detail - accuracy matters here

• Comfortable working with systems and general admin tools

• Progress toward (or completion of) a professional qualification aligned with Central Bank competency requirements

The setup

• Based in Dublin (Blackrock area)

• Office-based to start due to training and role requirements, with hybrid working introduced over time

• Occasional travel to other Irish offices may be required
