Finance Manager

Our client, a leading airline, is looking to hire a finance manager. The business is customer-focused, partner-driven and deeply collaborative, with a strong culture built on teamwork, communication and shared purpose.

We are seeking applications for the position of Finance Manager. This is a full-time, permanent role based at Dublin Airport, reporting directly to the Finance Director. It represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a growing organisation within a dynamic and fast-moving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and mentor a small finance team, with overall responsibility for the accounts payable function
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and multi-year planning processes, including ad hoc financial analysis
• Act as a finance business partner to senior stakeholders across Operations, Engineering and Flight Operations
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including ownership of complex accounting areas, variance analysis and insightful commentary
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, systems and documentation

Experience:

• A recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Ideally 5+ years' post-qualification experience in a similar or related role
• A proven ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables and manage competing priorities
• Strong people management experience, with the ability to develop and motivate a small team
