The Role: what does the job involve?

  • Manage pipelines of existing business and new business.
  • Liaise with clients, providers, and relevant third parties and ensure they are updated on the process.
  • Process all new business through industry online platforms, maintaining up-to-date records and client contact notes on internal systems.
  • Abide by AML procedures and work closely with compliance to maintain a strong understanding of regulatory standards.
  • Respond to client queries in a professional, timely, and positive manner, escalating issues to the Completions Manager or Compliance Manager where appropriate.

The Candidate:

  • APA (Accredited Product Advisor) is a requirement - candidates without this will not be considered.
  • QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) is
  • Experienced in Life and Pensions industry (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
