A leading company in the finance and insurance sector is seeking an Operations Manager. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Operations and be responsible for end-to-end operational integration of new businesses and while strategically supporting financial advisory teams and projects. The role offers the opportunity to shape how the Life and Pensions operations evolve, work on meaningful projects and play a primary part in the company's growth.

The Role: what does the job involve?

• Lead operational integration of new acquisitions and manage the onboarding of the new businesses into the company's processes and systems.
• Work closely with various teams within the organisation and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure operational excellence in collaboration with sales management and compliance.
• Drive business process improvement with the delivery of automated, high-quality management information for trading leads.

The Candidate:

• Experience within Life, Pensions and Investments, preferably in a business support role.
• Third level qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• QFA / CFP qualifications are desirable.
• Strong background in stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a growth mindset and the ability to implement strategic initiatives.
