We're looking for an Account Handler who enjoys supporting clients, working closely with Account Executives, and being part of a collaborative, professional environment.

🔍 The Role

You'll support the High Net Worth portfolio across new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments, ensuring clients receive a seamless, high-quality service at every touchpoint.

You'll play a key role behind the scenes - keeping records accurate, documentation on track, and the team running smoothly.

💼 What You'll Be Doing

✔ Supporting Account Executives with HNW client servicing
✔ Processing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and documentation
✔ Maintaining accurate client records and diaries
✔ Preparing quotes and renewal packs
✔ Liaising with insurers and internal finance teams
✔ Supporting pipeline activity and client follow-ups
✔ Ensuring all work meets compliance and quality standards

👤 About You

✔ 1-2 years' experience in personal lines or insurance administration
✔ HNW experience is a bonus, not a must
✔ APA Personal Lines or working towards CIP
✔ Organised, detail-focused, and customer-driven
✔ Strong communicator and team player
