We're partnering with a well-established and highly respected financial services organisation that is investing heavily in its digital growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a Digital Marketing professional who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end, working across multiple channels, and influencing strategy within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

The Role
This position sits within a growing digital marketing function and will focus on delivering and optimising paid digital campaigns across a variety of platforms.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing paid digital marketing strategies to maximise campaign performance and return on investment

  • Managing multi-channel paid media campaigns across areas such as display, video, audio, and partnership content

  • Working closely with external media partners and internal teams to deliver effective campaign activity

  • Contributing to the development and quality of campaign creative to ensure strong engagement and performance

  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data, and identifying opportunities to improve traffic and conversion rates

  • Preparing performance reports and presenting insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders

  • Supporting the development and optimisation of website landing pages and customer journey performance

  • Assisting with enhancements and updates across digital platforms including mobile and web channels

  • Providing guidance and digital support to wider business teams when required

  • Ensuring all campaign activity meets internal standards and regulatory requirements

What You'll Need

  • A relevant qualification in Marketing or Digital Marketing

  • Approximately 4+ years' experience in a digital marketing role within financial services or a regulated environment

  • Strong hands-on experience with paid search and performance analytics tools

  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
