Engage People are proud to partner with a Central Dublin based Residential Property business in the search for an experienced Residential Tenancy Property Manager to join their team at an exciting time of growth.
We are looking for a PSRA licenced professional to oversee a premium property portfolio in the heart of Dublin city centre and its suburbs. This role is tailor-made for individuals who thrive in dynamic, people-centric environments and excel under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Tenancy Property Management: Take responsibility for a growing residential property portfolio, ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Inspection Duties: Conduct check-ins, check-outs, and interim inspections to maintain property standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the lettings team to ensure seamless operations.
- Pre-Letting Coordination: Oversee pre-letting works and ensure properties are tenant-ready.
- Rent Reviews and Arrears Management: Conduct rent reviews and implement strategies to minimise rental arrears.
- Contractor Management: Instruct, manage, and monitor third-party contractors for property maintenance.
- Tenancy Administration: Handle general tenancy administration and manage move-outs efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Educational Background: Possess a relevant third-level degree and/or professional qualification, with eligibility for a PSRA licence (cat. C)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in residential tenancy property management (not block property management or commercial property management).
- Licensing: Must hold a valid PSRA licence.
- Skills: Strong IT skills, excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities, and adept at time management.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
- Mobility: Must own a car; expenses will be reimbursed.
