Role Summary:

The Digital Architect will be instrumental in driving the digital transformation strategy by designing and delivering scalable, secure, and innovative digital solutions. This role requires a strong technical leader who can collaborate across business and technology teams to enable seamless digital engagement for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into digital architecture solutions.
• Design and implement API-driven, microservices-based, and cloud-native solutions aligned to enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Lead integration of digital systems with existing platforms ensuring data flow and automation via APIs and middleware.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and enforce best practices within development teams.
• Ensure all digital solutions meet security standards and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven expertise in digital architecture, including microservices, API design, and cloud platforms.
• Strong technical skills with experience in enterprise integration tools and middleware (e.g., Mulesoft).
• Ideally some Mainframe, iSeries, or AS400 experince
• Experience in agile software development lifecycle and modern architectural patterns.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with security best practices and regulatory compliance in a financial services environment.
