A leading financial institution is looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join their team in South Dublin/Wicklow. This is an excellent opportunity for a mortgage professional interested in growing their career in the mortgage space while being part of a community focused organisation.

The Role: what does the job involve?

• Advising customers on mortgage solutions including first-time buyer, mover and switcher cases.
• Managing applications from initial meeting through to approval and drawdown.
• Assessing cases, gathering documentation and submitting mortgage applications.
• Providing clear, compliant and customer-focused advice.
• Maintaining accurate records and case notes in line with regulatory requirements.
• Working closely with team members

The Candidate:

1. Experience in financial services is required, along with the relevant APA or QFA qualifications.
2. Proven experience in end-to-end mortgage applications and a track record of achieving targets.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
4. High attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organisation skills.
