Our client, a well-established and growing financial advisory brokerage firm, is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Financial Planner to join their expanding Private Client team based in South Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial planning professional to join a high-performing, collaborative environment with strong internal referral channels and a steady pipeline of existing clients, alongside opportunities to develop new business.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive financial planning advice to a broad private client base, building long-term trusted relationships while delivering tailored wealth and retirement planning solutions.
Working as part of an established advisory and account management function, you will support clients through full financial reviews, identifying their goals and recommending suitable solutions across pensions, investments and protection planning.
This role offers a balanced portfolio combining servicing and developing existing client relationships, while also contributing to business growth through professional networking, referral activity and engagement initiatives.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of advice and ongoing client support, while also contributing to client education initiatives and relationship development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality financial planning advice tailored to individual client objectives
Conduct detailed financial reviews and develop comprehensive recommendations
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through a consultative advisory approach
Collaborate with internal account management and support teams to ensure excellent client service delivery
Contribute to business development activity through relationship building, referrals and professional networking
Support client engagement initiatives, including educational and financial wellness presentations
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
Requirements
QFA qualification is essential
CFP qualification or intention to complete is highly desirable
Proven experience providing holistic financial planning advice
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Self-motivated with strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, client-focused team environment
