As a Property Maintenance Coordinator, you'll oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance activity across a residential rental portfolio. You'll act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring repairs are handled efficiently, standards are upheld, and communication is always clear and professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage maintenance issues across residential rental properties
• Serve as the main contact for tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams
• Arrange, monitor, and follow up on repair and maintenance works
• Review inspection reports and ensure compliance with current housing standards
• Respond promptly to tenant and owner queries
• Advise landlords on maintenance obligations and best practice
• Collaborate with internal property management and multi‑unit development teams

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Irish rental legislation and housing standards (desirable, not essential)
• Experience with Letman (advantage; training available)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving abilities
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and a strong team player
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Full driving licence preferred
